12-Month Manufacturer Warranty
Quellor warrants that your Quellor LED Light Mask is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of delivery to the original purchaser.
This warranty is provided in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
What Is Covered
This warranty covers manufacturing faults or defects arising from normal use, including:
- LED malfunction or failure
- Electronic or PCB faults
- Battery or charging-related faults
- Mode, button or control faults
- Power or connection faults
- Structural defects not caused by misuse or impact
If a covered defect occurs within the warranty period, Quellor may:
- Repair the product
- Replace the faulty component or product with a new or refurbished equivalent
- Provide another appropriate remedy
These voluntary warranty remedies do not limit any rights or remedies available to you under Australian Consumer Law. Where Australian Consumer Law gives you the right to choose a particular remedy, including a refund or replacement for a major failure, that choice remains yours.
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover damage or faults caused by:
- Accidental damage, dropping or impact
- Water or liquid exposure, including improper cleaning or submersion
- Improper charging or use of incompatible charging equipment
- Misuse, abuse, modification or unauthorised repair
- Damage caused by improper cleaning, use of prohibited cleaning agents or failure to follow the Cleaning & Maintenance instructions
- Normal cosmetic wear that does not affect product performance
- Loss or theft
These exclusions apply to Quellor's voluntary manufacturer warranty and do not exclude any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
To make a warranty claim, please contact Quellor Customer Support:
Please provide:
- Proof of purchase
- Your product serial or LOT number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos or video clearly showing the fault
Quellor may request additional reasonable information to assess the claim.
You are not required to return the product unless specifically requested by Quellor.
Please do not send a product to Quellor before contacting Customer Support and receiving return instructions.
Assessment and Replacement Process
Quellor may ask you to complete reasonable troubleshooting steps or provide additional information to help assess the issue.
Where a warranty claim is approved:
- Replacement parts or products will be supplied at no cost for confirmed manufacturing defects
- Replacement may be for the faulty component only rather than the entire product
- Replacement items may be supplied without retail packaging or accessories where applicable
Quellor aims to resolve warranty claims as efficiently as possible to minimise inconvenience.
Any remedy provided under this voluntary warranty is in addition to, and does not limit, your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Warranty Claim and Return Costs
If Quellor asks you to return a product as part of assessing a warranty claim, Quellor will provide return instructions.
Where the claim is confirmed as covered by the voluntary manufacturer warranty, Quellor will arrange or reimburse reasonable return postage costs.
Where Australian Consumer Law requires Quellor to bear return, collection or transportation costs, those costs will be handled in accordance with Quellor's legal obligations.
Please contact Quellor Customer Support before incurring return costs so that appropriate arrangements can be made.
This section applies to warranty and faulty-product claims and is separate from Quellor's 30-Day Change-of-Mind Returns policy.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
The Quellor 12-Month Manufacturer Warranty is provided in addition to these rights and does not replace, restrict or exclude them.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law may continue beyond the 12-month voluntary warranty period where applicable.
Warranty Limitations
This voluntary manufacturer warranty:
- Applies only to the original purchaser
- Is not transferable
- Applies only to products purchased through authorised Quellor sales channels
To the extent permitted by law, this voluntary warranty does not cover indirect or consequential loss.
Nothing in this warranty excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified under Australian Consumer Law.
